All-Over Print RFQs: Map Art to Garment Panels
TKA07 catalogue jacket reference with branch-and-leaf pattern. The image identifies the appearance, not a production artwork file or an alignment guarantee.
For an all-over print enquiry, identify which artwork belongs to each named area of the selected garment. Keep the product reference, artwork version and supplier’s layout reference together. Pinshun’s TKA07 outdoor jacket and Suit Set pages both list Pattern: Custom and Print Type: All-Over Print. Those catalogue entries support an artwork discussion, but they do not provide a production template or promise a particular pattern alignment.
For wholesale novelty wear purchasing, a useful request describes more than a preferred overall image. Name the garment being quoted, attach the intended artwork and ask the supplier which template and garment areas its proposed layout covers. This gives the buyer a concrete way to compare the request with the offered sample.
Attach the artwork request to an exact style
Use the TKA07 Plus-Size Men’s Outdoor Jacket page for the hooded, long-sleeve jacket reference. It describes a front zipper and a branch-and-leaf appearance, with 100% Polyester in its composition field. Retain the exact selected version when discussing artwork for the front, back, sleeves and hood.
The separate Suit Set listing describes a long-sleeve blazer and full-length trousers, also with a 100% Polyester declaration and All-Over Print field. Keep their artwork requirements on distinct garment records. The gallery’s trouser and blazer presentations are separate appearance references, not proof of a matching printed outfit or final supplied contents.
Use named areas before requesting a template
Start the enquiry with a front and back outline or a clearly labelled appearance reference. Name the areas the buyer wants the supplier to address. For the hooded jacket, these can include the front, back, sleeves and hood. For a blazer or trousers, use names appropriate to that specific garment rather than copying the jacket’s area list.
Ask the supplier to identify its accepted layout or template for the selected version. These enquiry area names do not establish the number of production pattern pieces or the manufacturing method. The supplier should explain how its actual template relates to the buyer’s requested artwork positions.

Make placement questions visible
Mark the intended orientation and reference position of a motif. If placement near a zipper, lapel or pocket matters, identify the relevant feature on the selected style and ask the supplier how the proposal addresses it. Do not assume that a pattern shown on one catalogue garment will occupy the same position on another construction.
Where continuity between areas matters to the buyer, write it as a specific request. Ask what can be offered across the named joins or garment areas and how that proposal will be represented for review. An All-Over Print label alone does not establish that every motif continues across seams or that separate pieces form one uninterrupted image.
Keep the mockup and production reference distinct
A mockup can communicate the buyer’s visual intention. Ask the supplier which template, size reference and artwork version its proposed layout uses. Request the accepted file requirements directly rather than prescribing an unsupported universal resolution or assuming that a catalogue image is a production-ready file.
Name the product and selected garment areas on the artwork request.
Give every file and supplier layout a traceable version.
Record placement questions and supplier responses beside the relevant area.
If the order includes more than one size, ask how the proposed layout applies to the requested size range. Keep the supplier’s response with the relevant template version. A visual decision for one reference should not silently become a promise of identical motif placement on every garment size.
Link the selected layout to the sample enquiry
Ask the supplier to identify the layout revision represented by the proposed sample. Keep the sample identifier and any resolved placement comments together. If the artwork or garment version changes, request an updated layout reference so that the next sample can be compared with the correct proposal.
Send the garment and artwork references through the Pinshun enquiry channel. Keep the composition declaration separate from printing-method and performance questions. The resulting record should show which art was requested for which areas, what the supplier proposes and which decisions remain open.
Separate blazer/model gallery reference with a different appearance. Keep its artwork and selected version distinct from the patterned-trouser photograph.
FAQ
Does All-Over Print mean the artwork aligns across every seam?
No alignment result is established by that label alone. Identify the exact continuity request and ask for the supplier’s proposal.
Can one layout automatically cover jacket, blazer and trousers?
Keep each selected garment reference and its relevant areas distinct. Request the supplier’s applicable template for each proposal.
Do the polyester declarations identify the printing method?
They are composition statements. Ask separately which printing and artwork-preparation requirements apply to the offered version.
What should accompany an artwork sample request?
Include the exact style, artwork identifier, named area map, supplier layout revision and unresolved placement questions.
